Record the current revision, author and purpose of each drawing, study, equipment document and settings file. Confirm the point of connection and the equipment configuration under review.
Check the interfaces
Compare equipment identifiers, ratings and models across the single-line diagram, study reports and manufacturer data. Distinguish AC power in MW from battery energy in MWh.
Track evidence and gaps
Map each applicable requirement to its evidence and responsible party. An unresolved item should identify the missing input and next action. A document review alone does not establish field performance.
