Electrical Design
Clear, coordinated electrical designs that turn project requirements into practical engineering deliverables.
Discuss this serviceA scope built around
your project.
Start with your engineering objective. We define the activities, information requirements, review process and deliverables before beginning the work.
- Single-line diagrams and drawing review
- Cable sizing and voltage-drop calculations
- Transformer and switchgear selection
- Equipment specifications and design calculations
Inputs that help us start
- Project brief and design basis
- Site layouts and existing single-line diagrams
- Load schedules and equipment data
Useful to know.
Can I request support for only part of a project?
Yes. Describe the work package, available inputs and intended deliverables. The scope can be defined around a specific study, drawing package or engineering review.
What if my drawings or technical data are incomplete?
Tell us what information is available. Missing inputs and assumptions should be identified during scoping, with responsibility for obtaining data agreed before analysis.
Can engineering support be provided remotely?
Many design, analysis and document-review activities can be scoped for remote delivery. Site-dependent installation, testing and commissioning require separate planning.
Which standards will apply to my project?
The applicable jurisdiction, utility criteria, equipment requirements and contractual standards are identified for the agreed scope. Referencing a standard does not imply certification or utility approval.
